Job Summary

• Are you a skilled waiter/waitress with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the hotel and hospitality industry?
• Stay and Homely Limited is looking for a dedicated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and a warm and welcoming demeanor that enhances the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and offer assistance with any special dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Relevant educational qualifications in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
