Job Description

• Our client is looking for seasoned professionals to join their dynamic team. With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, they offer a wide range of financial services, including stockbroking, portfolio management, real estate, issuing house services, venture capital, financial advisory, consulting, and savings and loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative financial strategies across various service offerings.
• Provide expert financial advisory and consulting services to clients.
• Drive growth in portfolio management, stockbroking, and venture capital investments.
• Manage real estate investment projects and issuing house operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Monitor market trends and leverage opportunities to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• A Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in investment banking, financial advisory, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial market and regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
