We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Part-time

Description

• We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Supervisors. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with hotel standards across various departments, including the newly launched Open Bar Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support where needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to maintain quality.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Assist in inventory control, cost management, and budget adherence.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on department performance to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND or Bachelor"s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food and beverage services, customer service, and hotel operations is a plus.

Compensation

• Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 / Month
• Pperformance-based bonuses, and
• Opportunities for career growth.
