We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - South-South Region

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • The Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare Services Support Division) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing business development activities within their assigned region. The role involves strategizing to meet sales targets, leading a sales team, and ensuring that the Company's healthcare support services align with client needs.
  • Sales Coverage: South-SouthRegion (Rivers, Cross-River, Akwa-Ibom and Bayelsa)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Company’s client base within the healthcare support sector.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with the Company’s services.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team within the region.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Business Development and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that promote the Company’s healthcare services.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and establish networks.
  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare management is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or business development experience within the healthcare or related industry.
  • Should be Medical Lab Scientists, Pharmacists, or have similar educational and/or professional background
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services and support solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Salary
N600,000 monthly.
