Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR operations, establish robust policies and systems, and address recruitment needs while fostering a culture of excellence and growth with the ability to resume immediately.
Key Responsibilities
HR Policy Development and Implementation:
Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with both organizational goals and industry best practices.
Ensure full compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and labor standards across all entities and locations.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, onboard, and retain high-caliber talent.
Identify and address workforce gaps through effective solutions that align with business needs and growth objectives.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and operations.
Performance Management:
Design and implement robust performance evaluation systems to drive accountability, foster continuous improvement, and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to managers and employees, optimizing overall performance and engagement.
Training and Development:
Lead the development of targeted training programs that enhance employees' skills, foster career growth, and support organizational development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning through workshops, mentorship initiatives, and leadership development opportunities.
Culture Building and Employee Engagement:
Champion initiatives to cultivate and reinforce a positive organizational culture that drives employee satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity.
Foster an environment of open communication and employee engagement, aligning culture with business goals.
HR Systems and Technology:
Implement and manage advanced HR systems and technologies to streamline HR operations and improve overall efficiency.
Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and monitor key HR metrics.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure full compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing legal risk.
Professionally address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns with a focus on fairness and resolution.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
Provide expert HR guidance and support to management at all levels, contributing to sound decision-making and effective leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional Certification such as CIPM, APHRi or PHRI qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in industries such as finance, real estate, or shared spaces.
Proven track record of establishing and implementing HR policies and systems.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
