Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support the organization’s technological needs.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware and Software Management:

• Configure, repair, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of all IT equipment and infrastructure.

System Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, repair, and maintain biometric machines and CCTV systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot intercom and land phone systems.

Network Administration:

• Oversee network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's network and data.

User Support:

• Provide timely technical support to staff, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the onboarding of new users and ensure smooth IT system usage.

Policy Implementation:

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IT systems, hardware, and software management.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, biometric systems, and CCTV installations.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly. - Negotiable.
