 We are the Leading Medical Laboratory and Diagnostic Center in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State, Nigeria. We have been in existence for over Seven (7) years.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management, to ensure smooth office operations.
• Task Management: Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings, prioritizing as necessary.
• Flexible Hours: Work standard business hours with occasional overtime required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and management abilities.
