Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IoT solutions leveraging platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar technologies.
• Develop robust firmware and integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and product teams to integrate IoT capabilities into existing and new products.
• Provide technical insights to enhance product functionality and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize IoT applications for performance, security, and reliability.
• Ensure energy-efficient and cost-effective hardware and software solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest IoT trends, protocols, and technologies.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve IoT systems and their applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in IoT platforms, particularly Arduino, with hands-on experience in hardware and sensor integration.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, Zigbee, Bluetooth, or LoRa).
• Expertise in hardware design, microcontrollers, and sensor integration.
• Experience with circuit design and debugging tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IoT cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or Google Cloud IoT.
• Knowledge of embedded systems development and edge computing.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in IoT applications.
• Previous experience in prototyping and developing commercial IoT devices.

Remuneration
N160,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
