Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who recently completed their NYSC, is passionate about agriculture, and eager to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking agribusiness company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in strategic decision-making processes.
• Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other online communications.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Support the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives in alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
• 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Understanding of social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
• Graphic Design Skill
• Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting reports, proposals, and online content.
• Location: Must be based in Ibadan.
