Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable Oil and Gas firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the MD with internal and external clients
• Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
• Manage the MD diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
• Book and manage complex travel arrangements
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
• At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
• Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
• Exceptional planning and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• A qualification as a PA is advantageous
• Not more than 35 years old.
