Job Summary:
The HubSpot CRM & Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s HubSpot CRM platform and marketing automation efforts. This role involves analyzing customer data, improving lead management processes, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring that the HubSpot platform is effectively utilized to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Management:
Configure and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
Manage data within the CRM, including data imports, deduplication, and segmentation.
Create and optimize workflows, pipelines, and custom properties to enhance lead and contact management.
Implement and manage user roles, permissions, and access to ensure data security and compliance.
Provide training and support to team members to maximize their use of HubSpot CRM features.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Support:
Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email nurturing sequences, lead scoring, and segmentation.
Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot to support marketing initiatives.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Manage the integration of HubSpot with other marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and ad networks.
Analytics & Reporting:
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Use data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Support the creation of buyer personas, customer journeys, and targeted messaging strategies.
Work with content creators to develop engaging materials for campaigns, such as blogs, email content, and social posts.
Partner with IT and other stakeholders to maintain system integrations and resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.
Experience in creating and managing marketing automation workflows.
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as HubSpot Reports, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Skills:
Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.
Proficiency in HubSpot features, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page and email template customization is a plus.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
