Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited is an indigenous Nigerian company that provides marine solutions, dredging, construction and procurement & logistics to the oil and gas industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: I.T Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Management of every IT Infrastructure both in the virtual and physical space such as the current company websites and company email address solutions
• You will be required to carry out such other duties and job functions as determined by management from time to time
• Planning and undertaking scheduled system maintenance/upgrades
• Provide routine maintenance and upgrades required (internet and telephony) on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure smooth workflow
• Diagnosing IT System problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses & reporting weekly
• Deliver IT solutions (internet, telephony, hardware, and software) in accordance with company budget, timeframe, policies, protocols and procedures
• Manage and update the company's website periodically
• Provide advice on technology best practices and IT support to the team
• Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs
• Setting up accounts for staff, training and educating them on new technologies and resolving issues arising
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT-related project(s) to ensure effective delivery of tasks
• Analysing and determining security threats
• Keep records of software licenses, website subscription/renewal dates
• Collaborating with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with the technology
• Provide regular and timely feedback and reports, escalating problems and proffering solutions
• Design both digital and print materials for the company, Hunta corporate solutions, Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited and First Source Management Limited
• Analysing a company's IT system and architecture
• Assist with IT-related tender submission process for Rotawn Energy and Logistics Services Limited
• You will be required to carry out such other duties and job functions as determined by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
