Job Title: Operations Officer (Male)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Staff Management:

• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to work schedules.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and onboarding of new cleaning staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Address staff concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.

Service Delivery:

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet client requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of cleaning sites to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Respond to client complaints or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely deployment of cleaning teams to client locations.

Inventory and Equipment Management:

• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and consumables inventory.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Coordinate procurement of cleaning materials and equipment within budget limits.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide staff with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage incident reports and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and expectations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, client contracts, and staff attendance.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
• Manage the deployment of resources to ensure cost-effective operations.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and address operational issues.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
