About the Role
As part of our expansion, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 5 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.
The ideal candidate will support the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nigerian Upstream Oil and Gas sector, with a focus on expanding the company's client base in the Benin region.
Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies aimed at driving market growth and achieving company objectives.
Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and client presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company’s services.
Conduct market research and provide updates on upcoming projects, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Monitor and track progress against business development targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology/Geophysics, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development or sales within the upstream oil and gas sector.
A solid understanding of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, particularly in the upstream sector, including services such as well services, production solutions, and engineering services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
