Job Title: Business Acquisition Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads to expand the customer base.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into loyal customers through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat buying.
• Client Retention: Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales,or customer acquisition.
• Experice in B2B conversion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Lives in Ikeja and its environs.
