Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• We are looking for a passionate and results-driven person to join our team. As the face and voice of the brand, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online community.
• This role will play a key part in engaging with our customers, managing our social media presence, and fostering brand loyalty.

Role

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, and videos) across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and style.
• Create and execute campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer relationships.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms to reach target audiences and drive results.

Requirements

• 1 year proven experience or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engagement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Female only.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month, with bonus based on KPIs.
