They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Idumota - Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Maintain and update inventory records in the database.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to replenish inventory as needed.

Receiving and Dispatch:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items meet company standards.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present inventory status reports to management.
• Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Auditing:

• Assist in inventory audits and implement corrective actions for any discrepancies.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with the team to align inventory needs with business goals.
• Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Additional duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs and operational demands.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• OND or SSCE qualification.
• Experience in retail or supermarket inventory management is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software or tools.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

• N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly
• Lunch.
