Job Title: Call Center Loan Recovery Agent

Locations: Adeniyi Jones - Ikeja & Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Attend to customers loan request
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
• Keep updated records
• Answer questions and address complaints from Customers

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess minimum of a National Diploma with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 Monthly.
• HMO and Pension Benefits.
