Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager with expertise in telemedicine to lead our healthcare services division.
The ideal candidate should have passion for healthcare innovation and technology, with the ability to oversee the operational, clinical, and strategic aspects of our telemedicine services.
This leadership role will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences through our platforms.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Management Skills:
Team Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and lead multidisciplinary teams (including healthcare professionals, tech specialists, customer support, etc.).
Decision-making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in a fast-evolving telemedicine landscape.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
Project Management: Experience managing projects, timelines, and resources, particularly in technology implementation and scaling operations.
Industry and Regulatory Knowledge:
Telemedicine Regulations: Understanding of healthcare laws, data protection regulations and telemedicine-specific regulations.
Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, medical standards, and how telehealth integrates with traditional healthcare services.
Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of telemedicine platforms, digital health technologies, and emerging trends in telemedicine.
Financial and Budgeting Expertise:
Financial Management: Ability to create and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and track financial performance.
Cost Control: Optimize operational costs while maintaining high-quality services.
Profitability & Growth: Develop strategies for increasing revenue, expanding customer base, and ensuring profitability.
Strategic Planning:
Business Development: Experience in driving business growth through partnerships, new services, and expanding market reach.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic vision, focusing on competitive advantage, market expansion, and innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic planning.
Customer Relationship Management:
Patient Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction through effective communication and resolving issues quickly.
Client Relationships: Manage relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Technology Management:
Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of telemedicine technology with electronic health records (EHR), appointment systems, and other healthcare software.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Ensure the platform is secure, particularly concerning patient data and telemedicine-related communications.
Human Resources and Talent Management:
Staffing: Responsible for hiring, training, and developing talent for the telemedicine platform, ensuring sufficient capacity for growth.
Performance Management: Oversee employee performance and implement development programs.
Marketing and Branding
Marketing Strategy: Ability to develop and oversee marketing strategies to attract patients, raise awareness, and differentiate the company in the market.
Brand Development: Ensure the company’s brand is strong and communicates trust, professionalism, and high-quality service in the telemedicine space.
Communication Skills:
Internal Communication: Foster clear communication across departments, promoting collaboration and transparency.
External Communication: Represent the company to external stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and the media.

Adaptability: Ability to manage and lead through rapid changes in technology, healthcare regulations, and customer needs.

Education, Qualification, and Experience
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is typically required
Experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in a management role, particularly in healthcare or technology.
Certifications: Certification in healthcare management, project management (PMP), or other relevant fields can be a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully managing teams in healthcare or telemedicine settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
