Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads through a variety of channels, including website design, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns.
They will be responsible for creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our strategy and business development team to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers. Create and monitor email marketing campaigns to maximize client results.
Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience. Monitor and report on web traffic and source analytics against KPIs.
Monitor activity, answer questions, create content, analyze trends, and resolve issues on social media channels.
Coordination: Work closely with management to design and develop cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Research advertising trends
Research competitors pricing and products
Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Proficient in web development, content creation, graphics design, strategy, google analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Must be strategic, possess a strong attention to detail, demonstrate good communication skills, and have exceptional organization.
Google Certified.
Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and/or projects while portraying a positive attitude.
2 - 3 years experience.
Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B professional services
Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
