Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Workdays: Mondays - Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to specified locations
• Confirm the correctness of items (sizes, colors, quantities) before dispatch to prevent delivery errors.
• Communicate with customers politely, deliver orders in good condition, and address any basic inquiries.
• Collect payment upon delivery (if applicable) and ensure proper documentation for cash-on-delivery orders.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle or vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
• Adhere to company guidelines regarding dress code, customer service, and handling of merchandise.
• Assist with errands such as restocking items, picking up materials, or dropping items at different outlets.
• Address and report delivery issues, such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or damaged goods.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE or NCE.
• Minimum 2 years' experience is required.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Smart and Confidential.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month.
