Job Titles: Solar Sales Manager and Sales Representative
We are recruiting passionate and result-oriented individuals to join the GrouPower team as Solar Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.
These roles are ideal for high achievers with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Both positions are based in F01 Kubwa, FCT, Abuja, and come with exciting commission-based incentives.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Solar Sales Manager:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost long-term engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular training and guidance to the sales team to enhance productivity.
Sales Representatives:
Achieve weekly and monthly individual sales targets through proactive outreach.
Effectively sell solar solutions over the phone and electronically.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
Accurately report sales activities and results.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Competency in electronic and phone-based sales techniques.
High levels of self-motivation and drive.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, with an advantage for solar sales experience.
Demonstrated success in leading teams (for Sales Manager role).
Other Requirement:
Reside in F01 Kubwa, FCT, Abuja or nearby areas.

Competitive 5% commission on all sales for both roles.
