Vision Optique offers Eyecare services, Eyewear, Contact lenses, ocular aesthetics and Ophthalmic supplies/consumables.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee the smooth running of the clinic, including appointments, patient flow, and general logistics.

Customer Service:

• Manage patient inquiries, complaints, and overall satisfaction.

Scheduling and Coordination:

• Handle appointment bookings and staff schedules.

Data Management:

• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.

Financial Administration:

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payments.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Be a fast learner
• MUST live very close to Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
