Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• The role involves working with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that enhance the company’s digital presence and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analyse and optimize website performance and online user experience using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads).
• Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and online presence.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and analytics.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with experience in SEO, PPC, and social media management.
• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, email campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Experience in tracking and optimizing website performance through analytics.
• Experience with lead generation, conversion optimization, and eCommerce market.
