Tastia Restaurant, Bakery and Cafe is recruiting suitable candidiates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fine Dining Waitress / Waiter

Locations: Lugbe, Kubwa, Gwarimpa & Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established protocols
• Ensure quality control of all dishes and drinks being served
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest concerns or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
