Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Work with line managers in a proactive manner in providing action plans and solution to generic or specific issues and improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Coordinate recruitment process including review of job descriptions, screening of applications, interview, selection process and reference checks in line with organisation standards, practice and processes
• Develop Human Resource Metrics for organisational need with respect to Management Information System, Employee Master Information Template, HR Financial Analysis, HR Budgeting, Attrition rate among others
• Manage and follow grievances procedure with respect to staff discipline in conflict resolution management
• Driving day to day HR operations for efficiency and alignment to business goals.
• Handle payroll administration and liase with finance department for prompt payment
• Utilizing the talent development process and tools in order to provide and develop a diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium-term needs of the company.
• Implementing and driving organizational development initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.
• Managing effective employee & industrial relations with the business calling on knowledge of the labour laws and consequent impact on the organization.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Attend to all administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related course from a recognised tertiary institution
• Minimum of 3 years experience as HR Generalist.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
