We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition and HR Projects Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.
Reporting to: Chief HR Officer
Work Schedule: Hybrid

Description

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (30-35%):

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.

HR Project Management (65-70%):

• Lead HR projects aligned with company goals (e.g., performance management implementation, Dentists Development Programs, leadership development initiatives, etc).
• Implement and optimise HRMS to enhance HR operations.
• Analyse HR data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Oversee cross-functional team collaboration for project success.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and project management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc).
• Proven experience in HRMS implementation and management.
