Role Overview
The Executive Assistant & Amplifier will be the right hand to the CEO, handling both high-level executive assistance and creative amplification of the CEO's content.
You will ensure seamless execution of daily operations, manage content across platforms, and act as the central hub for communication and coordination within the team.
You will be responsible for amplifying the CEO’s voice through content repurposing, managing social media platforms (Instagram Stories, TikTok, Facebook Stories, WhatsApp, Threads), and driving consistency across all online channels.
Additionally, you’ll handle personal logistics and act as a thought partner to ensure the CEO’s vision is executed effectively.
Repurpose existing content for Stories, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring it aligns with the CEO’s voice and branding.
Proactively identify content gaps and request fresh materials from the CEO.
Manage social media scheduling and posting across all platforms.
Collaborate with the social media team to optimize content performance and engagement.
Track analytics to report on what’s working and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure consistency in content across all platforms, reflecting the CEO’s unique voice and mission.
Executive Assistant Duties:
Manage personal logistics for the CEO, including travel planning, special events, and reminders for important dates (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
Act as a gatekeeper and central point of communication for team members.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Organize and maintain a weekly content calendar, highlighting upcoming needs and priorities. Creative Collaboration
Suggest new content ideas and strategies based on audience engagement and industry trends.
Actively engage with the CEO during periods of low inspiration by revisiting past coaching sessions or providing external inspiration.
Monitor competitor activities and propose innovative approaches to enhance content and audience connection. Proactive Support
Ensure the CEO has all the resources needed to perform at her best, whether that’s through daily check-ins, managing her to-do list, or handling invisible workload tasks.
Keep the CEO accountable for key deadlines and commitments.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide solutions before problems arise.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Content Manager, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads) and content repurposing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the CEO’s unique voice.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month.
