Description

• We are in need of a Storekeeper who will be responsible for managing the procurement of all supplies, materials, and services required for both office and farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels for both office and farm materials to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor the shelf life of perishable farm materials and ensure timely usage or disposal.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste, stockouts, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations related to procurement and inventory management.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement performance, inventory status, and budget adherence to senior management.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
