Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Skills & Tech (Coding) Online Instructors to deliver engaging and comprehensive online courses in the following areas:

Data Analysis Instructor;

• Skills: Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau/Power BI, data cleaning, statistical analysis.
• Languages: Python (pandas, numpy), R

Python Programming Instructor:

• Skills: Python fundamentals, OOP, libraries (pandas, numpy), debugging, APIs.
• Languages: Python.

Data Science Instructor:

• Skills: Machine learning, big data tools, cloud platforms, feature engineering.
• Languages: Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow), R, SQL.

UI/UX Design Instructor:

• Skills: User research, wireframing (Figma, Adobe XD), design principles, accessibility.
• Languages: HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript.

Graphics Design Instructor:

• Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), branding, motion graphics.

Content Creation Instructor:

• Skills: SEO, storytelling, copywriting, multimedia content, analytics tools.

Digital Marketing Instructor:

• Skills: Google/Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media management, analytics.
• Languages: Basic HTML/CSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor learners in coding and digital skills through engaging online sessions.
• Develop and deliver engaging online lessons in your area of expertise.
• Record, edit, review, and upload course content to the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create high-quality instructional materials, including videos, slides, and assessments.
• Design and implement curriculum plans for various coding languages and digital tools.
• Provide clear, concise explanations of technical concepts tailored to a diverse audience.
• Foster interactive learning by responding to student queries, offering feedback, and supporting their progress.
• Continuously update course content to reflect industry trends and standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the quality and relevance of course offerings.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of a 2:1 classification.
• Certifications in coding, content creation, or instructional design.
• Demonstrable experience in online course creation or e-learning content development.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools like Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital literacy and tech skills for various age groups.
• Exceptional communication skills and creativity in content design.
• Prior experience in EdTech or education is a plus.

Desirables:

• A distinct British accent or a native English speaker's accent.
• Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital resources.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Figma).
• Experience with digital tools, content creation, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
• Ability to use and upload content to the company’s Learning Management System.

Instructional Skills:

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and understandable accent.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and relatable manner.

Equipment & Work Environment:

• A reliable laptop with adequate specifications for video editing and content creation.
• Stable internet connection and uninterrupted power supply.

Other Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to delivering quality education and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Must be able to record and edit content prior to upload.
