Job Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus.

Salary
N600,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
