We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Private Driver

Location: Sango / Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Ensure the safe transportation of the employer, their family, and guests to desired destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance.
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient and safe routes to destinations, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and other factors.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual arrival at destinations and adherence to schedules.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Fueling and Parking: Fuel the vehicle as needed and park it in a safe and secure location.
• Accompanying Employer: Accompany the employer on trips, as required, to provide assistance and support.
• Running Errands: Run errands, such as picking up groceries or dropping off dry cleaning, as requested by the employer.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when driving the employer, their family, and guests.
• Adhering to Traffic Laws: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of the employer, their family, and guests.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Vehicle Records: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other expenses.
• Submitting Expense Reports: Submit expense reports, as required, to the employer or their representative.
• Complying with Regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations, such as licensing requirements and vehicle inspections.

Other Responsibilities

• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to the employer, their family, and guests.
• Being Flexible: Be flexible and adaptable, as schedules and plans may change unexpectedly.
• Maintaining a Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2-4 years of work experience.

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 monthly.
