We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branding and Storytelling Intern

Location: Nationwide

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Assist in the development of a cohesive brand story that aligns with Soso Care’s mission, vision, and values. Work with the marketing team to craft narratives that connect emotionally with customers.
• Content Creation: Create engaging written and visual content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Help produce stories that highlight customer experiences, company milestones, and community impact.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to ensure Soso Care’s brand messaging is relevant and compelling. Provide recommendations based on findings to improve the brand narrative.
• Brand Consistency: Help maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints (online and offline) ensuring our tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity align with Soso Care’s brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand key brand initiatives and ensure storytelling efforts are integrated across campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• A passion for storytelling and branding, particularly in a customer-focused industry like insurance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content creation tools.
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt ideas and strategies to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
