Position Overview

  • We are urgently recruiting vibrant Sales Representative (Luxury Men's Clothing & Accessories)
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in both indoor and outdoor marketing for our luxury men's clothing and accessories line.
  • The ideal candidate will excel at building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Greet, assist, and guide customers in selecting premium men’s clothing and accessories.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product line to effectively promote features and benefits to customers.
  • Drive sales by providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Execute both indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify potential customers, build relationships, and expand the client base through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for product promotion.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury retail or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
