We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst with relevant experience to join our dynamic team.
  • This multifaceted role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic projects while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • The Analyst will provide crucial support in strategic planning, training initiatives, research, documentation and presentation, and executive administration, directly supporting the Lead Consultant.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Facilitation:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and workshop materials.
  • Contribute to the facilitation of client workshops and strategy sessions.

Training & Development:

  • Develop and prepare training content, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs to clients.
  • Prepare post-training reports summarizing key outcomes and participant feedback.

Research & Documentation:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of research findings.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content (e.g., white papers, articles).

Executive Assistance to the Managing Director:

  • Manage the Lead Consultant's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and communications.
  • Manage office administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
