Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Summary
Ensure the sales team possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to compete and win in the marketplace.
Develop and implement best practices in sales excellence.
Accelerate sales enablement and performance with an established range of solutions.
Provide training, consultation, and coaching services to support sales enablement.
Collaborate with frontline sales managers and leads to design and execute effective management disciplines to drive Interswitch sales.
Implement timely service delivery, engage relevant stakeholders, and share updates on progress and achieved milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Compliance:
Develop knowledge and understanding of Interswitch's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.
Ensure adherence to standards and obtain authorization for exceptions from a supervisor or manager.
Sales Operations Management:
Provide operational support services and, at times, act as a first-line supervisor in a transactional operations area.
Accelerate sales enablement and performance with an established range of solutions.
Support sales enablement through training, consultation, and coaching services.
Work closely with frontline sales managers and leads to drive effective management disciplines for sales.
Data Collection, Analysis, Management, Insights, and Reporting:
Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools and methods.
Contribute to the preparation of data and analytics reports.
Provide support and advice on training data management systems.
Develop weekly progress reports, including:
Activities progress against set timelines.
Key risk and control indicators.
Overall improvements to processes and procedures.
Submit reports to the Lead, Sales Operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Assist with stakeholder engagement through arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials.
Attend meetings led by Lead, Sales Operations, and acquire client needs on sales strategies requirements.
Execute sales mitigation activities in line with communicated requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal sales personnel, contractors, clients, and consultants.
Policy and Process Development & Implementation:
Work within established procedures to achieve goals.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop, execute, and optimize enablement programs.
Determine sales enablement priorities with stakeholders and communicate KPIs.
Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
Consolidate and integrate feedback into enablement strategies.
Sales Training, Assessments, and Knowledge Management:
Identify sales training needs and develop or acquire training courses to address gaps.
Run training programs and provide coaching or mentorship to team members.
Contribute to creating assessment centers and tailor assessment exercises.
Implement policies and share knowledge on sales outcomes and innovative practices.
Track training budgets and report variances to the Lead, Sales Operations.
Channel Partner Onboarding and Offboarding:
Manage the delivery of onboarding and offboarding processes for channel partners.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administration processes.
Provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers.
Propose improvements to procedures.
Requirements
University First Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Sales and Marketing, or any Finance-related field.
At least 6 years of experience in Sales, with a focus on Sales Training and Enablement.
