Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Technical) who excels at combining marketing strategies with technical expertise.
• This role will focus on optimizing digital campaigns, building marketing funnels, managing advanced technical integrations, and driving data-centric decision-making.
• The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing professional with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and a deep understanding of technical marketing tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO initiatives, and email marketing.
• Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and automated workflows to maximize conversions by leveraging page and funnel builders (Wordpress, Clickfunnels, Squarespace and other page builders)

Technical Expertise:

• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Go High Level).
• Implement and maintain advanced tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, Pixel tracking).
• Ensure seamless integrations between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met.
• Generate actionable insights through A/B testing and data interpretation.
• Provide detailed performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance on technical and strategic best practices.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a technical focus.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar).
• Strong technical skills in CRM management, marketing automation, and advanced tracking setups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Outstanding communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot certifications or other relevant platforms.
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for troubleshooting and collaboration with developers.
• Experience with API integrations and custom dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for campaign optimization.
