Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving online growth.

Responsibilities
SEO:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis.
• On-page and off-page SEO optimization.
• Track, report, and analyze website traffic and SEO performance.

Lead Generation: 

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels (e.g., website forms, social media campaigns, email marketing).
• Track and analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.

Email Marketing: 

• Create, design, and execute targeted email campaigns.
• Manage email lists and maintain deliverability.
• Track email campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Brand Promotions: 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.

Social Media Management: 

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create engaging social media content and monitor online conversations.
• Analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Strategy: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Paid Advertising: 

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools 
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and algorithms.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with content marketing and content creation.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
