Job Title: Transport Officer / Fleet Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
Developing potential solutions to problems such as congestion, assessing the impact of recent transport development and policies, such as transport system principle.
Designing research methods and survey techniques for transporter.
Receive and manage work orders from the sales department and issue vehicle requirements to registered transporters, manage parking lots, update empty vehicle status report in real-time, dispatch vehicles to match sales orders, and prepare dispatching report
Coordinate with finished goods warehouse to deploy vehicle loading, check vehicle and driver information matching with transporters
Review order matching vehicle load capacity, review vehicle quality compliance, coordinate with weighbridge office to complete empty vehicle weighing
Coordinate with finished goods warehouse to manage loading site, confirm vehicle loading is complete and sign compliance, manage vehicle to complete factory weighing, and ensure its loading is accurate
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams
Must be results-driven, commercially aware, and have problem-solving abilities
Modelling transportation flows using modern mathematical techniques and specialists.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, can work with a plan, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ensure new onboarding transporter documents are properly verify
Pre-planning for truck loading available with a good communication skills
Proven experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports
Ability to handily leadership role
Checking of mails, sending of emails and replying of emails sent from other location
Assisting in supervising day-to-day work is performed effectively, efficiently, and safely in order to increase
transporter gap, enhance reliability/integrity, and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards.
Ensure all report consummated at the stipulated time
Be an ambassador for the company by being a role model for consistent professional behavior and living our value.
Confidentiality of department data and proceedings must be maintained at all times. Revealing such details to third party regardless of who they are is a serious offence.
Planning, developing, training, and empowering existing down-line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies & procedures (Personal Protective Equipment, Good Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices) to aim at Zero accidents in respective work areas.
To ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Requirements.
Carry out any other task given by Management from time to time.

Education:
Degree in Warehouse Management or related studies (MSc, BSc)
Experience:
3-5 years
