We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: AMAC, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in our growing organization.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director’s office, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Director’s office.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
