Job Summary
We are seeking a goal- driven Digital Marketer to join our team and drive the digital growth of Virtuenest Consulting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to promote our consulting and training services.
This role requires a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to maximize online visibility, generate leads, and drive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote consulting and training services to individuals and organizations.
Set measurable goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success, focusing on increasing website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and optimize social media profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to engage target audiences.
Develop and manage a content calendar, including posts, testimonials, and success stories, to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and initiating conversations.
Content Marketing:
Create engaging blog posts on project management topics, tips for PMP certification, and client success stories.
Design infographics, videos, and other visual content to showcase Virtuenest’s expertise and offerings.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing emails, and promotional offers.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
Regularly update landing pages and blogs to align with SEO best practices.
Use analytics to monitor website performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Paid Advertising:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring effective targeting and messaging.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Create and optimize sales funnels to convert website visitors into leads and clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, traffic, and conversions.
Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking:
Conduct regular research on competitors’ digital strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Analyze market trends to refine Virtuenest’s digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B and training services.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management platforms.
Excellent content creation skills (writing and design).
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Knowledge of project management is an added advantage.
