Job Title: Onboarding Agent

Job Description

• Identify and engage potential clients (e.g., businesses, e-commerce platforms, individuals) looking to deliver packages.
• Scout for delivery vendors (individuals or companies) capable of handling last-mile delivery services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for both user groups.
• Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for both clients and delivery vendors.
• Guide new users through the platform’s features, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide support to users, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.
• Establish strong relationships with onboarded clients and vendors to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the onboarding process.
• Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align onboarding activities with company goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Management or other related field
• 1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, field sales, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working in logistics, supply chain, or startup environments is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must have an Android phone.
• Strong ability to pitch, engage, and convince potential users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for user interaction.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve onboarding targets.
• Ability to identify user challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and onboarding tools.
