Job Summary
A Sales & Digital Marketing Executive combines traditional sales skills with digital marketing expertise to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
This hybrid role focuses on leveraging digital platforms to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain strong client relationships while implementing online marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Sales:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identifying potential clients through online and offline research.
Generating leads using digital tools like LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM systems.
Networking at events or through referrals to build a customer base.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable products or services.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Following up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into buyers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
Presenting and demonstrating products/services to close deals.
Negotiating pricing and contracts with clients to finalize sales.
Reporting and Analysis:
Documenting sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
Generating sales performance reports and sharing insights with management.
Digital Marketing:
Campaign Development and Management:
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
Creating and managing social media content to engage audiences and attract potential leads.
Content Marketing:
Developing blogs, videos, graphics, and other multimedia to promote products or services.
Optimizing content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
Running email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep customers engaged.
Using landing pages, call-to-action buttons, and digital ads to capture and convert leads.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software.
Adjusting strategies based on metrics like engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Exploring new strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention through online channels.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Marketing, Business Administration. Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales or related disciplines.
Professional Experience:
Sales Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Digital Marketing Experience:
Experience in running digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, if applicable.
