We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Sango-Otta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist accountants and account managers with daily tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
• Process transactions, invoices, and payments
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
• Provide customer service and support

Key Duties
Financial Tasks:

• Data entry and bookkeeping
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Manage petty cash and expenses
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Scan and archive financial documents
• Prepare and distribute financial reports
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• 5Assist with internal audits.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve account discrepancies
• Provide account information to customers
• Assist with account setup and maintenance
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Identify and report potential financial risks
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Assist with internal control procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N95,000 - N100,000 monthly.
