Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and enhance its operational strategies while driving growth and excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to scale operations, streamline processes, and build a high-performing team.
A critical aspect of this role will be leveraging marketing expertise, particularly in marketing premium products and digital marketing strategies, including funnels, to identify opportunities, execute strategies, and position Veripass as a leader in its industry.
The Head of Operations will report to the CVO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring growth and the accomplishment of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement scalable operational strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, leveraging technology and innovative practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met or exceeded.
Growth and Marketing:
Partner with the marketing team to align operational objectives with growth initiatives.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and business goals.
Leverage experience in marketing premium products and digital marketing techniques, including funnels, to drive targeted campaigns.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue and brand recognition.
Leadership and Team Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
Ensure alignment between teams to achieve seamless execution of company objectives.
Provide leadership and motivation for the team, inspiring them to perform at their best.
Strategy Development and Execution:
Collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders in the process of developing and executing organizational strategy.
Translate high-level strategies into actionable operational plans to achieve company objectives.
Ensure operational decisions align with long-term business goals.
Financial Management:
Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all operational processes comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Strong background in marketing, with experience driving growth strategies and campaign execution.
Experience marketing premium products, with a focus on digital marketing strategies including funnels.
Proven track record of scaling operations and achieving business growth in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using data to make informed decisions and improve operational performance.
Preferred:
Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a strong plus.
Familiarity with tools and technologies to streamline operations (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
Strong network and ability to build strategic partnerships.
