Job Title: Upper Primary Numeracy / Science Educator

Location: Aja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans in numeracy and science for upper primary students.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects that integrate numeracy and science.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest educational practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Mathematics and Science preferred.
• Relevant teaching certification or license.
• Experience teaching upper primary students is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical strategies for teaching numeracy and science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and a commitment to their academic success.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
