Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
This remote position will focus on increasing our brand's online presence, driving traffic to our website, and boosting sales through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and e-commerce management for our clothing brand. This role will play a crucial part in driving revenue through data-driven digital campaigns, optimizing our Shopify store, and enhancing the customer experience to increase conversions.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, web traffic, and conversions for our clothing brand.
Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and sales targets.
Drive paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to generate leads and sales.
E-commerce & Shopify Management:
Oversee and optimize the Shopify store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are up to date and SEO-optimized.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies for increased revenue.
Manage product promotions, discounts, and new product launches on Shopify and other online platforms.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated workflows to drive customer engagement.
Segment email lists and personalize email content to engage and nurture leads, driving conversions and customer retention.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and other tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
Provide insights on digital trends, conversion rates, and sales performance to optimize campaigns and meet revenue goals.
Prepare regular reports for management on key metrics, growth, and opportunities for improvement.
Creative Collaboration & Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the social media, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and content creation for the clothing brand.
Contribute to the development of creative marketing ideas, promotions, and campaigns that directly support sales objectives and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and e-commerce for consumer brands, ideally in the fashion or apparel industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Experience managing Shopify stores and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
