Job Overview
This remote role focuses on driving brand awareness and engagement through social media platforms, creating visually stunning content, and fostering a vibrant online community.
The Social Media Manager will develop and implement strategies to elevate our clothing brand's presence across various social media platforms.
The role involves generating creative content, managing social media campaigns, and driving audience engagement to build a loyal community while increasing brand visibility and sales.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
Create and schedule regular content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that aligns with our clothing brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
Content Creation & Management:
Design and produce eye-catching visuals, including graphics, photos, and videos, for social media campaigns.
Edit photos and videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva to ensure high-quality, on-brand content that showcases our clothing products.
Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with seasonal promotions or product launches.
Campaigns & Paid Advertising:
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Pinterest.
Optimize ad performance by analyzing results, testing creatives, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights into engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Use social media analytics tools to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest adjustments to improve performance.
Collaborative Efforts & Creative Strategy:
Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, storytelling, and promotional events to engage the audience and boost brand recognition.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, particularly for consumer brands like fashion or apparel.
Skills:
Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
Proficiency in social media tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads).
Strong design skills using graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with an ability to drive engagement and build brand loyalty.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
