Job Summary

• As our client service officer/front desk, you will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service.
• This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage appointments, respond to client inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of the front office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally also respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to client services, appointments, and operational tasks.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and represents the company’s standards.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service, and front desk, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in appointment booking and report preparation.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
