Oja.ng is an indigenous online market and a brand of August2428 Nigeria Limited with the RC number 1088311 which was established in 2011 that procures the most detailed and productive strategies for your purchasing needs and food management.

Oja.ng is designed with the vision to take the stress off busy working-class individuals/organizations from going to the open market. We also have the intention of supplying and delivering raw and fresh farm produce, groceries, foodstuffs, condiments etc. to their doorsteps.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Mile 12, Lagos

Job Description and Responsibilites

• Marketing campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including creative social media campaigns
• Market research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to marketing managers
• Budgeting: Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses
• Performance monitoring: Monitor sales and marketing performance to adjust strategy as needed
• Brand awareness: Enhance brand awareness by working with stakeholders and vendors
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and work with the sales team to resolve issues
• Communication: Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members, and provide feedback to team members
• Reports: Prepare reports, such as progress reports, and act as a link between teams and company management
• Digital marketing: Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy, including SEO management, online updates, and idea generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with a minimum of 2:1
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Skills:

• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Analytical skills in evaluating marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Project management abilities in coordinating marketing initiatives and team.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
